Not getting cover art using Audio or VideoReQuest module for Crestron

If you're using the AudioReQuest 5.5 module or VideoReQuest 1.7 module for Crestron and are not getting cover art, there are a few things to check:

1. Be sure that your touch panel has firmware that supports dynamic graphics.
--For the TPMC-15/17 firmware v1.09.00.02 or later
--For the TPMC-10 firmware v1.1.0100 or later
-See Crestron Answer ID 3751 (in online help) for a complete listing of models and firmware versions.

2. Be sure to enter the IP address and web port of the AudioReQuest or VideoReQuest in the parameter fields at the bottom of the module (the Advanced module for the AudioReQuest).
-The default web port for the AudioReQuest is 80, but can be changed in the settings page of the web server.
-The web port for the VideoReQuest is 2992.
