To customize NetSync for iTunes, change your settings in the application window.

You can access the application window either by double-clicking on the Q icon in the task bar if the program is already running, or by selecting NetSync for iTunes under the Start menu to run the application.

from the NetSync application window, you can configure automatic updating, manual sync, and application settings.
